Bistro “Briz” is part of the house “Briz”. The Bistro is located in the foothills of the house, overlooking the main beach. The restaurant is open from 7:30 to 22:00 every day, which is a great opportunity for a morning visitors to the house to drink their morning coffee, contemplating the magnificent view of the rising sun, and dinner in a warm, relaxed atmosphere complemented by the soft sound of Bulgarian music.

The restaurant provides guests with 60 seats and a pleasant atmosphere to spend their time well. Bistro “Briz” offers a varied range of classic Bulgarian dishes, salads, short orders and desserts prepared by the skilful hands of our best chefs.
